Commented Feature: Saving query results to a cvs file [11940]

I just installed this add-in to VS 2013 and it looks great, but I'm struggling to figure out how to save my query results to a file, e.g. Excel. I even tried to copy-paste the results, but when my query returned 4800+ rows, just the operation of selecting the results took forever, basically freezing VS in the process, so I never could even get to the right-click copy step.
