Commented Unassigned: Add-In Crashes in VS2013 when starting SQLEditor [12032]

I have installed 4.2Beta (4.1.8.0) in Visual Studio 2013.
When I try to open SQL Editor, Visual Studio crashes.

It crashes also with Version 4.1.0 in VS2013.
It does not happen in Visual Studio 2010.

Thanks for the feedback - good info about the crash BEFORE the editor window appears - I will add additional error handling in the code that launches the editor Window, and update here when preview 13 (or never) is available
