Commented Issue: Add-In Crashes in VS2013 when starting SQLEditor [12032]

I have installed 4.2Beta (4.1.8.0) in Visual Studio 2013.
When I try to open SQL Editor, Visual Studio crashes.

It crashes also with Version 4.1.0 in VS2013.
It does not happen in Visual Studio 2010.
