Commented Issue: Support for Compact 3.5 in standalone app [10604]

I know this old, but I have many applications (PDA/Compact Framework) and this is only option for me, I cannot upgrade to 4.0. And currently support for SQL COmpact 3.5 is dropped everywhere:<br>1. It was dropped in SQL Managemrnt Studio 2012<br>2. It was dropped in Visual Studio 2012<br><br>So to maintain it (and only it). I need or SQL Management Studio 2008 installed or Visual Studio 2010 with toolbox installed.<br><br>It would be good to have small tool to manage older Compact Databases

SQL Server will always require a username (like sa) and a password.
