Commented Feature: Reinit Merge Replication Subscription [10733]

There should be an option (like in SQL Server Managment Studio 2008, see attached screenshot) to force reinitialization (with or without upload changes). Currently if reinitialization is required there is no way to force it. So add an option to enable this to the Sync form, and call http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.data.sqlserverce.sqlcereplication.reinitializesubscription(v=vs.90).aspx with the selected option
